Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped by our team. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be:

Returns requested or received after 3 days will not be accepted. If you return an item outside this period, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and may return the item to you at your expense.
You may cancel Non-Ready to Ship/Pre-order products within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing our support team at silkspreeofficial@gmail.com. We will process a full refund and confirm the cancellation via email.

Ready To Ship orders cannot be canceled as they are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Cancellation requests must be made through our support team and not via social media or messaging platforms.
Items marked as Outlet or Sale may be reduced due to end-of-season, minor markings, slight damage, or color differences. These items are non-returnable and excluded from our return policy.
We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping fees. For USA customers, a free returns label will be provided if the goods are faulty or incorrect. If the return is not due to a fault or error, a $15 deduction will be made to cover the return label cost.
A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from any refunds, credit notes, or exchanges if the return is not due to a defect, shipping error, or incorrect item.
If you decide to return a purchase, please take reasonable care of the goods. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage. We do not accept liability for items that do not reach us, and we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods are damaged.
Our products are predominantly hand-embroidered and delicate, with a 5%-10% variation from the images displayed on our website. By placing an order, you accept these variations as part of the artisanal process.
Please note that embellishments may shift, which is characteristic of handcrafted work and not considered a defect. All clothing should be dry-cleaned; Silk Spree is not responsible for damage caused by alternative cleaning methods or for variations in beading or sequins.
